1. General Agreement

2. User registration

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for fully ensuring the security of your account, and do not transfer, sell or lend your account to others. If you authorize others to use the account, you shall be fully responsible for all actions performed by the authorized person under the account. If your account is not properly kept, including but not limited to third-party accounts or registered mobile phones being stolen, passwords being leaked, etc., the resulting losses and responsibilities shall be borne by you. When the account is in potential or actual danger for any reason, you should take immediate actions (including but not limited to changing the password, untying the third-party account, reporting the loss, etc.) to prevent the loss, and immediately contact the group, the group We will adopt the technology we have mastered to help you reduce losses and assist you to pursue the responsibility of relevant infringers or third parties, but the group is not responsible for this potential or actual danger.

4. Our responsibility

4.1 The specific content of your recharging value in this App to purchase service point services will be provided by the service points cooperated by the group according to the actual situation. The services that the group has the right to provide include, but are not limited to, changes to the scope, layout, quantity, and charging equipment of cooperative service points. Unless otherwise expressly stipulated in this Agreement, new products, new functions, and new services launched by the group are bound by this Agreement.

4.2 You understand and agree that the group has the right to change, suspend, or terminate some or all of the free and fee-based services without prior notice.

4.3 You agree that the group has the right to terminate your use of this service and cancel your account in this App in the following circumstances, and remove and delete any content you have in this App, and the group has the right to you or any No third party shall bear any responsibility. If your actions cause losses to the group or the app, you shall compensate the group for losses:

4.3.1 You have infringed on the group, this app, or service points or damaged charging equipment;

4.3.2 The personal information provided by you is untrue or inconsistent without providing reasonable proof;

4.3.3 You have cheated in any form by using the loopholes of this App;

4.3.4 The group finds that you have actual or possible behaviors that threaten the security of this App;

4.3.5 The user violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this Agreement;

4.3.6 According to the requirements of local laws, or according to the requirements of judicial authorities or government authorities;

4.3.7 For security reasons or other necessary situations.

4.4 The group does not guarantee the possibility of interruption of services, the timeliness, safety, and accuracy of services, the distribution density of service points, or the availability of each charging device for each electric vehicle model at any time. The group reserves the right to disable or remove one or more service points or charging devices from the system at any time without notice.

4.5 The group will regularly or irregularly overhaul or maintain the service system or related equipment and has the right to suspend any service for repair, maintenance, upgrade or other purposes. You understand and agree that the group does not need to bear any responsibility for the interruption of services within a reasonable period of time caused by such circumstances, and the group does not need to notify users in advance.

4.6 The group shall not be liable for any losses caused to you due to system failures, equipment failures, cable failures, network failures, electric vehicle failures or any other reasons that cannot charge or provide services for electric vehicles.

4.7 The group has the right to temporarily or permanently modify or terminate the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, regardless of whether it is notified or not, and the group shall not be liable to you or any third party.

4.8 For services changed, interrupted or terminated by the group, the group shall provide equivalent and alternative services to the affected users. If you are unwilling to accept alternative services and submit a refund App in the system, the service, funds and network virtual currency provided by the recharge within the validity period will be invalid immediately, and the group shall deduct the used part according to the real recharge in your account. The remaining amount will be refunded to your payment account without interest.

4.9 You understand and accept that the group’s information service App is an information release and service App, and cannot control the authenticity or accuracy of each piece of information. You should carefully judge and determine the authenticity, legality and validity of the relevant information by yourself, and bear the responsibilities and losses arising therefrom. Any information depends on the user himself and bears all risks and responsibilities for system damage or data loss.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 You shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, accuracy, and completeness of the information transmitted to the system service through the account. If the information you submit is untrue, incomplete, or does not comply with laws and regulations, you may not be able to use the service or be restricted in the process of using the service. The problems caused by the untrue information you submitted, the consequences, and the legal responsibilities arising from the problems are all borne by you personally and have nothing to do with the group. If any damage is caused to the group or a third party, you shall compensate the group or a third party according to law.

5.2 You promise that you must abide by the relevant laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China when using the services provided by the group’s services and service points, and you must not use this service to conduct any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following acts:

5.2.1 Contain any sex or sexual innuendo;

5.2.2 Contain insulting, intimidating, and threatening content;

5.2.3 Content that contains harassment, spam, malicious information, and deceptive information;

5.2.4 Involving other people’s privacy, personal information or data;

5.2.5 Inciting resistance and undermining the implementation of the Constitution, laws and administrative regulations;

5.2.7 Incitement to split the country and undermine national unity;

5.2.8 Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

5.2.9 Fabricate or distort facts, spread rumors, and disrupt social order;

5.2.10 Propagating feudal superstition, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, and abetting crimes;

5.2.11 Blatantly insulting others or fabricating facts to slander others, or making other malicious attacks;

5.2.12 Other violations of the Constitution and laws and regulations.

5.3 In the process of accepting the services provided by the cooperative service points of the group, you must abide by all common sense and regulations applicable to charging and related to charging, including but not limited to: not touching high-voltage parts, not forcibly drawing the gun when charging is not completed, Do not sit in the car while charging, and use the services provided by the service points correctly and appropriately in accordance with the regulations, notices, warnings, etc. announced by the group and related parties. If you violate these common sense or regulations, the group has the right to terminate or cancel your account, and the service points have the right to limit and terminate the service to you. The group shall not be liable for any loss caused to you or a third party due to your behavior, and you shall be liable for compensation for losses caused to the group or a third party due to your actions.

5.4 Users are not arrowed to reproduce, sell, resell or use any part of the Service for any other purpose.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 You promise not to publish, transmit, disseminate, or store content that infringes on the legal rights of others’ intellectual property rights, trade secrets, etc., including viruses; Trojan malware; time bombs; causing damage to the group’s system or affecting its stability; mislead or deceive other users; etc.

6.2 You promise not to use any picture material or information obtained by using the “Software” in a way that infringes trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights of any party;

6.3 You promise not to conduct acts that endanger computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or entering unauthorized servers/accounts; unauthorized access to public computer networks or other computer systems and deleting, modifying, adding Store information; without permission, attempt to probe, scan, test the weaknesses of the App system or network or other behaviors that undermine network security; attempt to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of the App system, intentionally spread malicious programs or viruses, and other Destroying behaviors that interfere with normal network information services; forging TCP/IP data packet names or partial names;

6.4 You promise not to modify or forge the instructions, data, and data packets in the running of the software work, to add, delete, or change the functions or operating effects of the software, and not to disseminate or operate the software used for the above purposes to the public through the information network;

6.5 You promise not to violate the rules of activities published on the App, including but not limited to publishing false information, cheating or conducting false transactions or obtaining direct economic benefits through other means;

6.6 When you violate this agreement, the group or service points have the right to deal with it accordingly or terminate the service provided to you and cancel your account registered in this App in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, without your consent or prior notice to you;

6.7 According to the designation of relevant laws and regulations or the judgment of the group’s service rules, if your behavior is suspected of violating local laws or violations of this agreement and/or rules, the group has the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to deleting the published information content, restriction of use, suspension of use license, termination of service, cancellation of account, investigation of legal responsibility and other measures. The group has the right to cancel the account for maliciously registering the group account or using the group account for illegal activities, disturbing, harassing, deceiving other users and other violations of this agreement. At the same time, the group will assist relevant departments to carry out investigation activities;

6.8 If your suspected violation of commitments causes damage to any third party, you shall independently bear all legal liabilities in your own name, and shall ensure that the group shall not bear the resulting losses or increased expenses;

6.9 If you are suspected of violating relevant laws or the provisions of this agreement, so as to cause the group suffering any losses, or to be claimed for compensation by any third party, or to be punished by the government, you shall compensate the group for the losses and expenses incurred thereby, including but not limited to attorney fees, investigation fees, litigation costs, and travel expenses.

7. Intellectual property rights and copyright

7.1 Besides the intellectual property rights related to advertisements in this service are owned by the corresponding advertisers, the intellectual property rights of the content (including but not limited to text, pictures, charts, etc.) provided by the group in this service are owned by the group, except users were using for those who have legally obtained intellectual property rights for the content published by themselves before this service.

7.2 Unless otherwise specifically stated, the copyright, patent right and other intellectual property rights of the software on which the group provides this service are owned by the group.

7.3 The copyright or trademark rights of the graphics, text or their composition, as well as other logos, product and service names of the group involved in this service belong to the group. Without the prior written consent of the group, the user shall not display, use or otherwise process the group’s logo in any way, nor shall it indicate to others that the user has the right to display, use, or otherwise have the right to process the group’s logo.

7.4 The above and any other intellectual property rights legally owned by the group or related advertisers are protected by law. Without the written permission of the group, users are not allowed to use or create related derivative works in any form.

8. Legal Disclaimer

8.1 The group does not warrant, represent, or warrant that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8.2 The group endeavors to provide the Services by exercising commercially reasonable skill and care. You expressly agree that the services provided to you are provided for your use on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied representation, warranty, or condition of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the group excludes all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

8.3 The information on the App or the Program or other information provided by the group from time to time is provided to you on an “as is” basis without any express or implied warranty of any kind and is for general purposes only. The group does not make any express or implied guarantees regarding the accuracy, suitability, or reliability of any particular purpose, security, timeliness, or freedom from computer viruses of such content. The group will not be responsible for any errors, omissions, misstatements, or misrepresentations (whether express or implied) with respect to any such information and will not be liable for any information or inability to use the App or other materials for any loss, damage or damage arising out of or in connection therewith.

8.4 You or the users of the charging equipment should stop or not use the device immediately if any defect or malfunction of the charging unit or cable is noticed. The group assumes no undertakings, warranties, or guarantees to the quality of the charging device. The group shall not accept any legal responsibility for any death, personal injuries, or property damages, and The group shall not be liable for any direct and indirect consequences, caused by or arising from the use of the Charging devices. Upon choosing to use the Charging equipment, users are responsible for all the risks and liability caused by or arising from its usage or misuse, or use when the device has noticeable deterioration, and shall not seek to claim any compensation from The group.

9. Termination of contractual arrangements

9.1 You have the right to ask the group to cancel your account. If the group approves it, the group will cancel your account. At that time, the contractual relationship between you and the group based on this agreement will be terminated. After your account is canceled, the group is not obliged to retain or disclose any information in your account to you, nor is it obliged to forward any information that you have not read or sent to you or a third party. The service, funds and online virtual currency provided by the recharge within the validity period will be invalid immediately, and the remaining funds in your registered account after the actual recharge will be returned to your payment account without interest after deducting relevant fees.

9.2 You agree that if the agreement relationship with the group is terminated, the group still enjoys the following rights:

9.2.1 Continue to save the registration information that you have not deleted in time and all the information that you released during the use of the group’s App services until the expiration of the record retention period required by law;

9.2.2 If you have violated the law or violated this agreement and/or rules during your use of the group’s App services, the group reserves the right to trace back to you in accordance with this Agreement.

9.3 You agree that the group has the right to suspend the provision of some or all of the group’s App services to you based on the security of the App program services, temporarily freeze your account, and restore it in time after the security problem is resolved, and have the right to suspend, freeze and restore Facts are notified in a timely manner. If the security problem of this App is caused by your illegal behavior, the group will terminate the provision of some or all of the App services of the group to you, permanently freeze (cancel) your account, recharge and gift services, funds, and The network virtual currency will be invalid immediately, and has the right to ask you to compensate for the loss, and can directly deduct the remaining funds in your registered account after the actual recharge and use, and directly deduct the balance.
