Registered Professional Engineer (Electrical/Building Services)
Qualifications: – A Registered Professional Engineer registered in the Electrical or Building Services discipline under the Engineers Registration Ordinance (Cap. 409) – 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Electrical or Building Services Engineering. – Preference will be given to those with knowledge and experience in the field of electrical engineering design and / or practice.
Duties and responsibilities: – To ensure EV charging equipments and power infrastructure construction is carried out in accordance with relevant government regulations, design assumptions, specifications, contract requirements, and good engineering practice and co-ordinate amongst the contractor’s site team(s) with a view to ensure the construction is full compliance with the contract requirements; – Comment on the Contractor’s method statements and risk assessments to ensure all potential and foreseeable hazards are effectively prevented/mitigated with proper site administrative and engineering control measures in place; – Carry out any other duties specified by the Client / the Contractor / the Government Departments due to nature of E&M works required in the project; – Report the site related matters to the Client’s Representative / the Contractor / the Government Departments.
