1. Policy Statement
Marsbu Group Limited (the Group) is committed to ensuring that Marsbu EVbnb is developed through the Group Applications (” Apps “) or other technical devices) or all personal data submitted by email, telephone call or application form are handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (” HKSAR “) of the People’s Republic of China (” the Ordinance “).
The Group respects personal data privacy and is committed to fully implementing and complying with the Data Protection Principles and all relevant provisions under the Ordinance.
2. Types of customer/Member personal data collected or compiled
2.1 The Group may require you to provide the following personal data for the purpose of selling, providing, registering and managing products and services. Without such information, it is not possible to fulfill your service request. Such information includes (but is not limited to) :
(a) your name, gender, membership number;
(b) payment details including credit card and bank details;
(c) contact details including the name and telephone number or email address of the contact person;
(d) information for checking identity, including type and number of identity document;
(e) Images will be collected/transmitted/synchronously processed/stored to enable the display of personal data registration and display, related products including but not limited to images of charging points, images of parking Spaces, etc.
2.2 In most cases, you may choose not to provide such information. However, lack of such information may prevent the Group from providing the services to you.
2.3 Data collected when browsing the App
(a) Visitor statistics to the App: When you browse the App, the Group will record the number of visits. The server will also record your visit information, including your IP address (and the name of the function variable), language Settings, geographical location, operating system, etc.
(b) The Group uses these server visitor records to maintain and improve the operation of the Application. The information is also used for the purpose of improving and optimizing the application only.
2.4 In certain cases, your calls to and answers to the Group’s ordering and/or service hotline and/or enquiry calls will be recorded for the purposes of verifying your identity, processing your use of the Group’s products and services and/or application for membership, the quality control of the Group and the performance assessment and management of our staff, etc.
3. Use of personal data
Your personal data may be used to:

3.10 Any other mutually agreed use between you and the Group, including the use specified in the application or terms and conditions for the specified products and services.
4. Accuracy of personal data
The Group verifies the information you provide whenever possible. In some cases, the Group may need to check the original documents in order to use the personal data provided. In order to ensure the accuracy or authenticity of the identity documents you provide to the Group, the Group expects you to present your identity documents in person for verification.
5. Preservation of personal data
The Group has a privacy policy in place to ensure that your personal data is kept no longer than is necessary to carry out the purpose for which it is or will be used. According to the policy, various types of personal data collected and held by the Company are subject to different retention periods.
6. Transfer/disclosure of personal data
Your personal data held by the Group will be kept confidential, however, the Group may transfer/disclose such data to the following persons when it is necessary to disclose such data for the purpose for which it was collected or directly related to the purpose for which it was collected:

8.2 If you agree, the Group may use your personal data (including your name, contact details and information about the products, services or membership schemes you have used) to communicate different promotional materials to you through different contact methods such as email address, mailing address, mobile phone number, telephone number, etc. Includes information on the Group’s products, services and latest information, gifts, discounts, offers and information.
8.3 Even if you have consented to the Group’s use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, you still have the right to opt out of receiving direct marketing messages the first time the Group uses your personal data in this way.

9. Outsourcing arrangements
All Third Party service providers of the Group are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and protection from loss, unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure of any personal data they come into contact with.
10. Access and correction of data
10.1 If you wish to make a data access request to the Group, you may notify the Group’s Customer Service Officer by email or telephone.
10.2 When processing any data access or correction request, the Group will check the identity of the person making the request to ensure that he/she is legally entitled to make the request. The Group may charge a fee for data access requests.
11. Access to your personal data
